About

Since graduating from RMIT with a BA in Fashion Design in the late 1990s, Simone has immersed herself in the world of Costume Design. She began her career in Melbourne, working across film and television, working as key costume standby on major productions such as the US films Charlotte’s Web and Where the Wild Things Are.

After relocating to Sydney in 2007, Simone shifted her focus to television commercials, where her strengths in buying and styling became a key part of her work.

With a strong foundation in costume construction and design, and a talent for interpreting creative briefs, Simone has developed a solid career as a stylist in the television commercial industry. Working closely with directors, she brings their vision to life with careful attention to detail.

Her experience spans the full spectrum of costume work - from pattern making and designing to buying and supervising with a hands-on approach backed by her fashion design degree. Simone navigates diverse personalities with ease, delivering thoughtful, creative solutions under pressure.
